1984
Bruce Randall has been helping organizations improve business processes through technology since 1984. Daniel Grove has been doing the same since the mid 1990’s. For decades, they have analyzed, developed, customized, implemented, and supported software solutions surrounding business processes that help organizations work more efficiently. That passion for solving business challenges through technology remains a core part of DocuDriven today.
2015
In 2015, Bruce founded Pacific Ally LLC and soon acquired a small part-time records management business that Bruce renamed DocuDriven. When Daniel joined as a business partner in 2016, the company expanded its focus on Records & Information Management, combining those decades of software expertise with practical consulting to help organizations better manage both physical and digital records.

While technology has changed dramatically over the years, our philosophy has remained the same: help organizations optimize their business processes through practical, solution-focused consulting.
